Unfortunately my website is currently experiencing a problem where shipping is not calculated or charged during the check out process. I cannot ship your order without charging a shipping fee. If you are looking to make an order, and have a minute to spare, then please consider sending me a message through our contact page. I can invoice you directly, offer you shipping options, and even answer any questions that you might have. Answers to your questions will be prompt!

How We Ship:
We use the Canada Post as a standard for our parcel shipping. Based on the physical size and weight of your order, shipping prices increase incrementally. If you have paid too much for shipping and handling, you will be refunded the difference. We ship from Ontario, Canada. If you want expedited shipping, but you haven't paid enough shipping based on your purchase, send us an email, and we can work with you to have your shipment expedited with tracking.
Do We Ship Overseas?
Of course we do! However, basic overseas ground shipping is very unpredictable, and wait times can vary from weeks to well over a month. We can also provide over-seas tracking options, but these options are more expensive. Please inquire before purchasing if you have any questions at all. If you make a purchase from an overseas location, you may receive an email from us with some options, as default shipping cost will only pay for ground overseas shipment.
Shipping To The United States:
Most of our customers are located in the US. Ground shipments typically take between one week to three weeks. Customs delays sometimes occur, but not often. If you pay $7.80 or more in shipping, then you are guaranteed Small Packet AIR shipping to the US, which is normally much faster. If you've paid less than $20 in shipping costs, and you want to upgrade to expedited shipping with tracking, please don't hesitate to let us know. We can easily arrange it, and invoice you for the difference in the shipping costs. If you are looking to have your package in three days, or perhaps you'd like an over-night delivery, we can arrange that, but these are typically much more expensive.
Shipping Within Canada:
We can arrange different methods of shipment via the post office, but standard shipping normally includes national tracking numbers. We have some other options for you if you are in a hurry, so please let us know if you have any inquiries. Since we are located in Canada, we have a few more options that we can relay to you easily.
How Do You Package Your Orders?
Typically, we use foam envelopes to ship out our orders. If an order includes components of a very fragile nature, we will pack it in a standard issue packing box. ALL packages include a large red FRAGILE sticker.
Your Shipping Information:
All outgoing packages are labelled with the shipping address that you provide in Paypal. If you don't want to ship to your paypal address, message us in advance, and we will ship to the requested address that you provide.
