9x LED Circular scrolling DIY kit

This listing is for a neat little DIY solderable kit that has 9 LEDs configured in a circular pattern. It requires a 3-9VDC power source. The LEDs scroll in a circular pattern; or rather they give that illusion to the viewer. In reality, there are three different oscillator circuits that light up three LEDs each (3 x 3 = 9), and in a certain order. This kit comes with the components seen in the image (required for functionality), the PCB, and a piece of paper that has the schematic diagram. This piece of paper also contains assembly notes, but these notes are unfortunately in Chinese, so please do not buy this kit if you have no experience reading PCB foot-prints. This kit is rather easy to put together, but the user should have some experience with electronic DIY kits before purchasing.
